Refund policy

1 We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of the delivery date.

2 Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 3 Items that are non-returnable include undergarments, swimwear, and final-sale products. 4 To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. 5 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 6 Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
